Step 1 :Login to your twitter acount and click Setting at the top of twitter page.
Step 2 : Click on Design Tab and scroll down to see Change background image
Step 3 : Click on Change background image and browse for new image and click on Upload
Step 4 : Wait untill it uploads completely and click on Save . Also you can change design colors if you want,You should now see your new background.
