Have you ever walked into an uncomfortable space? You feel different instantly. You wonder, what happened? Why am I feeling like this? You may be picking up the energy from other people that have visited the space you are in.
Energy left behind from people can straddle a whole gamut of human emotions. I’ve driven and gone through an energy field of an accident, and that definitely was a terrifying feeling.
The benefits of clearing your space energetically is a healthier you and a true connection to your own feelings! You will feel the weight fall off your shoulders. Your body will feel lighter.
You can try all three methods and decide which works best for you. Some folks cannot tolerate the smoke that comes from clearing with sage, so please take that into consideration as you decide which option is best for you.
Sage
This method comes from the American Indian culture. Sage is known for I use the dried sage that is bound. I find this easier to use.
This is one of the simplest wasy to clear your house. Simply light one end of the sage and walk around the house, swirling the sage around the room. Better yet, you can use a feather to spread the sage. Or if you prefer, you can put the sage onto a container and leave it in the middle of the room. Make sure the container can hold the fire.
Salt & Alcohol
Epsom salt baths are well known for their healing effects. Now you can take that experience and apply it to your home.
Pour epsom salt into a fire-proof container. Pour enough wintergreen isopropyl alcohol to cover the salt. If your alcohol sits on top of the salt, your flame will burn higher. I then place my container on a plate, so I can walk and clear. Then light the alcohol.
Crystals
This is the simplest method. Put an Amethyst crystal in each room and just let it sit there. Once you feel that the crystal has absorbed all it can, put the crystal out in the sunlight for a day to clean it. Then put the crystal back in the room. That’s it!
